Jessica and Matt got hitched in Arizona (woot woot Arizona brides!), and their wedding, micies, was chock full of sweet personal details. From the Mexican wedding cookie favors to honor Jessica's heritage to the something old hidden in her bouquet, they kept it deeply personal. I love that, don't you? They also figured out a way to weave together a slide show and their thank-you message to the guests:

"It was really special," says Jessica, "because it included pics of his deceased mother and a deceased beloved pet of ours. It ended with pictures of us together on all our trips and a special message thanking everyone for coming."
Jessica also struck a great balance between DIY and comparison shopping, on the one hand, and HER SANITY, on the other.

"Shop around!" she says. "Don’t go for the first vendor that catches your eye and make sure they really “get” you as a couple. And try to use referrals as much as possible since then you’ll have a frame of reference for the quality of their work and you may get a discount for the referral! Try and do as much yourself as you can while keeping an eye on your stress level. If you’re only saving a few bucks, it may be worth it to hand it over to someone else. Ask for help when you need it!"
