Nice mice, meet my photographer, Kelly Rashka. These are her shots of Jodi and Hamjida's gorgeous wedding at Wild Horse Ranch right here in Tucson. This one is what I think of as the classic Kelly shot: a beautiful bride, looking real, in the middle of this incredible, wild landscape. Jodi is rocking that dress like nobody's business.
Also, Kelly notices stuff: she doesn't usually do ring shots, but liked the way these shadows were holding hands.
And there is serious detail awesomeness at work here. Jodi made, like, billions of paper flowers to adorn her ceremony and reception. Instead of a wedding shower, her friends threw a "Craft Bash"--thirty of them showed up with glue guns and large amounts of wine* and crafted for hours and hours. They showered her with stationery, four gallons of putka pods, rice paper, shoes, and all the other materials she needed to pull it off.* Proceed with caution.
