Guess who I found whilst trolling Etsy? Meet MackensleyDesigns, maker of a wide variety of alternative ring-bearer and flower-girl equipment. I love these pomanders, which she makes in all different sorts of colors and textures--think poms, shells, feathers, berries and more.
I like them for a very young flower girl who can't quite manage the basket. They're also perfect for a modern wedding--no muss no fuss, just nice clean lines and plenty of texture.I think they'd also make great decorations.

MackensleyDesigns is giving away one pomander of the winner's choice. To enter, visit her Etsy shop and then leave a comment below about which one is your favorite! I'll draw a winner at random next week.

My favorite is the Seashells Flower Girl Pomander. That light blue is the exact shade of one of our wedding colors, and the shells are so unique and perfect for a wedding on the shore. Really would love to win this one - crossing my fingers!

The Polka Dot Guinea Feather Flower Girl Pomander is really cool. I like that she mixed exotic-looking feathers with the bright, clean, white bow to create a really modern collision.

The guinea feather pomander is for me. We had guineas growing up, and my mom would get such a sweet, secret laugh from seeing a hint of guineas in our wedding.

I love the green berry pomander! My colors include a lot of shades of green, and this would be a nice pop of color against my flower girl's ivory dress!

I'm quite fond of the Naturals Collection - Seashells Flower Girl Pomander. I live close to the Atlantic Ocean, and one of my favourite things is the sound of the waves. It's "wave therapy" for me on those days where I need to stop and catch a breath.
